What are the newest adidas boots?

The limited Y-3 ‘Beast’ pack for the Predator and F50, released for El Clásico on 23 October. The main pack is Final Rush, probably adidas’s last player-wide pack of 2026. It could also be the last standard release for the Predator 2026 and Copa Pure 4, which are rumoured to be replaced by the Predator 2027 and adiPure. Latest releases by brand

What is the newest signature boot?

Messi’s adidas F50 ‘Futbol y Familia’, released on 12 October. New signature boots

Which new boot would I actually buy?

The Phantom 6 in white and teal from the Bright Lights pack. Nike’s control boot fits my wide feet, but I’d need to stay on top of cleaning: that white base will get dirty from the very first step. The Bright Lights colourways

Limited edition

adidas Y-3 ‘Beast’ pack

23 October 2026. Predator 2026 and F50 Hyperfast, worn by Bellingham, Pedri, Yamal and Rodrygo in El Clásico. The graphics are so loud they ask you to bring your A-game in a competitive match, or risk bringing out the beast in your opponents and ending up on the wrong end of their tackles. It’s a design you have to back up with real skill. I’d probably save mine for friendlier games with my mates. Predator review →

Pack

Nike ‘United 004’ pack

22 October 2026. Superfly 11, Vapor 17, Phantom 6 and Tiempo Maestro, led by Lauren James, Salma Paralluelo, Sophia Wilson and Naomi Girma. Another classic look reimagined: the colour tones and winged graphic come from the 2019 Victory pack, and United 004 gives them a crisper, brighter finish. It’s a women’s football pack, but that shouldn’t stop anyone else wearing it. Nike boots and packs →

Limited edition

PUMA Ultra Nitro 7 ‘Hyper Rush’

19 October 2026. Limited edition Ultra Nitro 7. The aeronautic-inspired forefoot, with its gradient and fine grid lines, is an attractive look. But I sometimes mistake it for the standard Unscripted release. I’d probably save and buy the standard pack colourway, or an older colourway for better value. PUMA Ultra →

Signature

adidas F50 Messi ‘Futbol y Familia’

12 October 2026. Lionel Messi signature. The mostly red colourway will always give it a fiery, bolder look. Personally I prefer the Argentina theme of El Último Tango, his last World Cup boot, for its cultural and footballing meaning. Still an option if you want the F50 Hyperfast with a plusher upper and a little more width. F50 review →

Limited edition

adidas Beckham Greece Free Kick 25th Anniversary

6 October 2026. Predator Precision Remade and white and red Predator 2026. It marks the Beckham moment by reviving the white and red colourway on the modern Predator 2026, and it adds a Predator Precision Remade to the pack. It’s not every day adidas remakes one of its classic boots, so I’d go for the Remade over the Predator 2026 for the nostalgia. Predator Precision →

Pack

PUMA ‘Unscripted’ pack

1 October 2026. Future 9, Ultra Nitro 7 and King 20, player-wide. The sharpest of the three, I think, is the Ultra’s blocked diagonal split in blue and white. The Future is the boldest and most expressive, though the colour scheme feels familiar (it reminds me of the Future 7 Formula pack). As always, the King 20 is the most restrained: blue with yellow and green accents, and all the emphasis on the FormStrip. PUMA boots →

Nike Colourways In Stock: Bright Lights

Bright Lights is Nike’s main colourway this autumn: white with teal across all four silos, the Superfly 11, Vapor 17, Phantom 6 and Tiempo Maestro. It’s a colourway-only drop, so each boot plays exactly as it did before. The white base looks sharp out of the box, but it will need cleaning after every session.

White and Dusty Cactus (teal), Elite firm-ground. Stock checked on 3 November 2026 (UK sizes 7 to 11).

Latest Releases by Brand

Nike

Nike’s speed boots are the Mercurials, split into the Superfly and the Vapor for two different takes on speed. The Phantom is Nike’s control boot, while the Tiempo Maestro, despite its switch to synthetic leather, covers the heritage side. Right now the main colourway across every silo is white with teal, from the Bright Lights pack. All Nike boots and packs

adidas

The Predator line keeps evolving in 2026, while the Copa is now in its fourth generation. If you want a speed boot from adidas, it’s the F50. adidas ends its standard releases for the year with the Final Rush pack: a minty colourway with black accents on the F50 and Copa, and the reverse of that colourway on the Predator. All adidas boots and packs

PUMA

PUMA’s speed boot is the Ultra, which brings its Nitrofoam insole into football. The Future is a different kind of boot, built around agility. The King reinvents its heritage identity with a synthetic leather upper. Blue is the main colour for all three in the Unscripted pack, each in its own way. All PUMA boots

New Balance

The speed Furon, control Tekela and heritage 442 all come in wider fittings than the big three brands offer. The latest Catalyst pack gives the New Balance range warmer tones, a contrast to the cooler colours of the packs above. All New Balance boots

Mizuno

The open secret of the boot world. The Morelia gives you one of the best leather boot experiences there is, perfect for traditionalists. The refined Morelia Neo Beta adapts to today’s preference for a more streamlined fit and a thin, barefoot touch. But the Alpha is where Mizuno fully commits to the ever-faster game. Only selected new colourways reach the UK, and some Asian launches never make it to Europe. All Mizuno boots

Buy New or Wait?

If you like the colourway (especially a limited or special edition) and you have the budget, buy it now rather than risk missing out. The only other question is whether you go all out for the Elite, or get some value from a Pro-tier takedown if one comes out (usually the case for signature boots).

Know that all releases, standard, special, limited and signature, come down in price a few weeks later. For value for money, that’s usually the best time to shop for your next pair: either an Elite boot at a Pro-tier price, or a Pro takedown at an Academy price.

Watch for brand announcements too. Brands usually discount existing stock to clear room for a new pack or collection.

FAQs

When does Nike release new boots and colourways?

There’s no fixed calendar, but major generations usually change every one to two years. Colourway packs tend to arrive at the start and end of the season, with a couple more either side of the new year. Expect releases around big football events like the Champions League and the World Cup too. Signature boots are more random: some follow a milestone for a Nike star, some are timed with big events, some aren’t.

What is the newest Mercurial, Phantom and Predator?

As of November 2026: the Mercurial Vapor 17 and Superfly 11, the Phantom 6 and the adidas Predator 2026.

Are new colourways different, or just the colour?

Usually just the colours and graphics, as long as the generation, tier and soleplate match. Some special editions change materials or construction.

When is the Hypervenom coming back?

A full return is reportedly planned for 2027, although Nike hasn’t confirmed a date. The Hypervenom RGN remake already came back in May 2025.

Is it worth buying boots as soon as they’re released?

Buying straight away makes most sense for a launch you really want, especially a limited edition. Otherwise you can usually buy the same boots at a discount within a few weeks or months.
