In just a few months time we’ll say goodbye to the Premier 3, which is why Nike is making sure it goes out in style. If you’re looking for a football boot that offers a high quality of K-leather, fits well and looks significantly premium, all at a value-for-money price point, then this last colourway release of the Premier certainly fits the bill.
The epilogue to the story of the Premier as a K-leather boot sees the silo acquire a black quarter to match with a white vamp. It’s a classic look that is heavily inspired by the Euro 2012 Nike Clash pack, specifically taking its cues from the Black and White Tiempo Legend IV. Nike has already done this setup with the Premier 2, so in order for this reiteration of the Euro colourway for the Premier 3 to stand out, the Swoosh has been changed to gold instead of white.
Another detail unique to the Euro Premier 3 is the additional logo detailing on the Nike Premier branding on the heel. It has that crown and lion symbols that further give emphasis and credence to the boot’s name. Also gone are the striped visuals on the forefoot of the soleplate in favour of an all-white tooling. Just be prepared that after matchdays, that pristine white on the vamp and outsole will give way to an earthly shade.
