Skechers Football Boots

Skechers is one of the leading footwear brands in America, but their usual focus is on running shoes and golf shoes. 2023 marks a high-profile entry to the Skechers football boots, as their featured silo is headlined by none other than Harry Kane.

“COMFORT THAT PERFORMS” is the tagline that signifies what the brand and the football boots are all about.

A new football brand, driven by excellent product and innovative technology. Designed and created by masters of their trade, in collaboration with elite athletes. Their SKX_01 has been designed in collaboration with professional players and created by proven masters of their trade, the SKX_01 is the epitome of modern football footwear, designed for the player who wants 360 touch and control on the ball.

Skechers Razor – A Skechers Speed Boot Option

But it’s not just all about the SKX 01. Skechers also has a speed boot option called the Razor. The Razor is the epitome of modern football footwear. It’s a lightweight speed boot for the player looking for amazing fit, feel and touch on the ball. You can learn more about the Skechers Razor by clicking on the images above.

The Latest from Skechers Football…

Ignite Pack

Skechers moved into a purple and black theme with the launch of the Ignite Pack. It seemed to reflect the timing of its release, which was in the winter of 2024. You get the expected stars sporting their respective Skechers silo-Harry Kane for SKX 01, and the likes of Anthony Elanga and Oleksandr Zinchenko for the Razor. Despite the change of colourway, it looked like the boot models were keeping the graphical DNA they had with previous packs.

Skechers retained the thunder-like design covering the vamp. On the other hand, we still saw the disintegrating visuals applied on the quarter and midfoot. Thematically, there was a noticeable transition from purple to black starting on the upper and moving up towards the tongue. The respective design and the studs on the boots were a source of orange accent.

Skechers Evolution Pack

Growth. Development. Progress. These are words that can describe what Skechers Football has achieved since its launch in 2023. Multiple stars have joined and a variety of colourways have been dropped at this point for the SKX01 and the Razor. It only makes sense for the brand to continue rolling and push this upward trend even further. And so another paintjob is made available for both silos with the release of the Skechers Evolution Pack. With its main man Harry Kane still leading the line for England, the brand takes advantage of the start of the Euro 2024 knockout phase to time the drop of the new look for its boots.

Under this collection, the boots display their respective symbolism for evolution. The SKX 01 shows an electrifying graphic in silver that covers the forefoot and the later and medial sides. It reminds me of the thunder and lightning (or nerves and muscles) in animation whenever a character levels up. On the other hand, the Razor showcases a disintegration effect to act as the transition of the colour between the quarter and the forefoot. It’s as if its shedding its old skin to show its new self. Whereas SKX01 is predominantly volt yellow, the Razor confines the colour to the forefoot, leaving its quarter in black.

Each Evolution boot colours the Skechers logo on its own way. The S in the SKX 01 is black with a red outline, while that of the Razor is silver and outlined in black. The stud tips do follow the outline accent, meaning SKX’s stud tips also go in red while Razor’s settle in black. Whichever you choose, that volt yellow is surely going to attract attention to you. Be sure to be on your toes and perform well if you are going to rock any pair of these bright Skechers silos.

Personally, I can’t help but feel some Alien vs Predator aura or any monster-related vibes with the Evolution Pack. And I guess the likes of Harry Kane, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Anthony Elanga turn beastly once they’re on the pitch. Especially for its young stars, Skechers hopes to inspire them with boots that not just performs well, but also contain looks that intimidate and conquer.
