Real Madrid and Germany star Mesut Ozil has officially switched to adidas which will see him wearing their latest Predator LZ II boots.
Mesut Ozil has been prolific at Real Madrid as he was one of the stars of the 2012/13 campaign where he provided over ten goals and ten assists for the Spanish giants. adidas mentioned “We are so happy to have Mesut Özil joining us. He is one of the stellar personalities in German and international football and will enhance our portfolio of great players worldwide.”
Ozil has been wearing a combination of boots in the past including the Nike Mercurial Vapor IX and the Predator LZ II and he was most notably seen wearing both cleats in a La Liga match last season. adidas have also captured the signings of several other La Liga stars including Lionel Messi, Xabi Alonso, Xavi Hernandez, Iker Casillas, David Villa and many more!
The deal commences for next season and he will first be wearing the Predators against Real Betis at Santiago Bernabeu on the first day of the La Liga season.
