adidas Dayspark Pack is revealed to provide us white options for the Predator, F50 and Copa Pure II this summer. Dayspark stands side-by-side with the black Darkspark Pack and the Euro/Copa America-intended Advancement collection. We might not see them worn by the international stars across the board, but at least it’s available for us boot lovers as a colourway option. It’s not the whitest or the purest as whiteout boots go. But the accent Dayspark carries is one that has already stood the test of time.
Dayspark Predator sees itself clawed on the sides by gold stripes. And if that gold isn’t enough, there’s the bold PREDATOR branding on the sole to take a look at. Now the small little silo and tech branding here and there join in the golden fun too. Adding variety though to the secondary colour detailing are the Strikeskin grip elements in grey. Depending if you get the FT model or just the usual Elites, you either get a golden adidas performance logo or a grey one.
More or less the same dynamic can be on the F50. Metallic gold flows through the stripes as well as the spines on the outsole. This also is true among the trims, branding and logos. You can make the argument that it has some similarity with the X Ghosted Inflight launch colourway. Only this time it’s whiter and cleaner in application.
Regarding the Copa Pure II Dayspark, it has relatively the cleanest look in the pack. The accents are limited to the small brandings of the tech and silo, the minor trims on the stripes and the arch following the tip of the outsole. White even applies to the stripes, which heavily contributes to the almost unfiltered look. Like the F50 and unlike the Predator in this collection, Copa Pure II limits its secondary colour detailing to metallic gold. This is the closest you can get to a whiteout boot from any of the adidas Dayspark boots.
