X Crazyfast Spearheads the Crazycharged Pack

It’s all craziness with adidas to start the 2023/24 season! First, we had the Crazylight special edition release of the new-gen X Crazyfast, which headlined the season-starter Crazyrush Pack and refreshed the existing Nightstrike and Pearlized collection. X Crazyfast now leads the Crazycharged Package, which seems to be a combination of some sort of some the earlier releases we just mentioned!

As you can see, with black as its primary colourway, Crazycharged has all the make up of a black release, and is for sure a follow up to Nighstrike. But it’s interesting to see that adidas tied it up to this season’s opening pack by also using the same bright green accent, seen here with the Crazyfast on its stripes, soleplate and studs.

Regarding the X Crazyfast, Crazycharged does come out in the laceless and laced variants of the .1 model. Aside from getting hints of the Crazyrush and Nightstrike, the boot also features the ragged, zigzag visuals seen on the Crazylight release. adidas is indeed going big on a little bit of ‘crazy here, crazy there’….

As the Crazycharged somewhat goes in between the player-wide release Crazyrush and academy/grassroots Nightstrike, it’s expected that these collection will be worn by select players. It’s a nice change of direction for adidas to let some of their pros sport black boots, as they did with Own Your Football pack.

As with the Copa and Predator Crazycharged, they slight deviate from the thematic accent by pushing the shade towards the yellowish side. They still retain the electric graphic though across their uppers.
