The adidas Eternal Class pack shows the timeless charm of two of the brand’s classic boots, the Copa Mundial 1982 and the 2006 Predator Absolute. Also known as the Luxury pack, this football boot collection produces premium one-to-one remakes of the K-leather uppers of the boots that will bring nostalgia for those who used to play with them. Both boots rock a classy white base ornamented with black and gold applications. Furthermore, the cleats are made lighter than their OG counterparts by fitting them with modern soleplates.
The Eternal Class Predator Absolute exudes the 2006 vibes with the asymmetrical lacing, the fold-over tongue w/ elastic strap, and most importantly, the swervy black striking elements. Furthermore, the latest Absolute remake retains the liquid rubber material composing ‘Power Zone’ Predator elements and the flowing golden design lines. The only thing missing is the Power Pulse bar on the forefoot of the sole as the new Absolute opts for the modern Predator’s Control Frame that, in this case, is white and has a bit of a translucent finish.
The evergreen Copa Mundial in the Luxury Pack has the same, if not softer, stitched K-leather forefoot plus synthetic leathers on the midfoot and heel. The lacing remains central though the cut of the tongue is a bit shorter. Tonal white adidas stripes flow on the medial side. The lateral ‘COPA MUNDIAL’ inscription on the ankle area is in gold, and so as the additional adidas brandings slapped on the stitched black tags on the tongue and the top of the heel. Capping of the looks is the iridescent finish of the Exoframe stud plate, the same soleplate construction found on the modern Copa.
Both boots already had their official match debuts, with the Copa Mundials worn by Harry Winks and the Predator Absolute played by Florian Neuhaus. The Eternal Class Copa Mundial also comes in as Mundial Team (with a TF outsole) and as Mundial Goal (mundial trainers).
