How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

All brand new product sold on the site are eligible for our 30 day refund or exchange policy if they remain unworn. We suggest trying on your new boots at home, on the carpet for fit, before getting them muddy or dirty as we can not accept returns that have been worn. Please consider talking to one of our boot experts before placing your order, to ensure your fit will be right for your feet.

If you have the wrong size or fit and want to exchange your boots, just return them for a refund, using the form enclosed with your order and then place a new order for your replacement pair. We recommend you use a recorded postal service for greater security and assurance as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit.

Returning Defective or Faulty Boots

You may return faulty boots for refund, exchange or replacement for up to 30 days after you have received them, after those thirty days and for up to six months, we will offer you a replacement pair. Boots are eligbile for return if:

  • Your boots have a manufacturing fault beyond typical wear associated with the product or
  • Are not fit for the purpose they’ve been supplied for or
  • Do not match the descriptions or models that were shown to you at the time of purchase

Each return is professionally evaluated as quickly as possible, please note that boots should be clean and dry so they can be inspected properly, we may refuse to inspect items that are just too dirty or wet to be looked at.

Please note boots should have been worn on the correct surface to be eligible for return, so FG boots should not be worn on artificial pitches, if you are not sure which boots will suit the surface you intend on playing, please talk to us before you order them.

Returning Boots From Outside the UK

  • You will need to pay the return postage, we recommmend you send them via a tracked method.
  • We can not refund any customs charges that you incurred when the package was delivered to your country.
  • Any parcels refused upon delivery, will be refunded minus any customs charges incurred when those goods return to the UK.

Digital Downloads Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased for any reason. If you’ve made a mistake with your download purchase, we will refund or exchange the download for the one you really want. Contact customer services for your refund form.
