In 2008 Mbappe’s parents saved up to be able to buy him the Franck Ribery Mercurial Pink Panther Mercurial Vapor Rosa, now in 2020 Kylian himself gets to wear the pink boots in the Champions League final for PSG against Bayern Munich.
These are Mbappe’s second signature edition football boots, after his first Bondy Dreams pair in 2019. The boots themselves are a vibrant pink, with white bolt swoosh design across the toes.
Mbappe’s initials are across the tongue of the boot with his KM logo, a silver trim highlights the white swoosh, with white detailing around the heels.
The aerotrak soleplate is in a hot pink chrome, with a silver accent with black swoosh and stud tips. Mbappe said of the boots “I am so pleased that Nike have created my second product collection with these special boots for the biggest club match of my career! What a dream to wear them. They are the new versions of the pink boots I loved when I was a young boy and this is so special for me to work to achieve my dreams in these boots.”
