We already saw it in his official presentation as a Real Madrid player. But the signature pair has finally arrived as Nike launch the Kylian Mbappe Superfly 10 Mercurial speed boots. After a successful introduction of the current generation, it’s time now for the most popular speed boot to rock on some bespoke look for its superstar.

The Mbappe Superfly 10 has this balanced mix between yellow and orange, producing a mellow tone. You can make the argument that it’s like a faded version of the base colour used for the likes of the Nike Daybreak Mercurials. But I think all eyes would be on the heel, as it is where all the defining visuals of the colourway are concentrated.

As always, the AIR branding stands out and is made visible here by its white and black interlacing outlines. Furthermore, it is enhanced by the offset background colouring in pinkish red. Together with the bright yellow-orange base, that pinks red element looks lit with their flamey aura. And right in the middle of the AIR silhouette is the lettermark of the main man right now in football.

Speed is always part of Mbappe’s game. And what better way to integrate it on the design than the pixels of squares dissolving into the abovementioned heel graphics. The underlaying streaking visuals also speak volumes of Mbappe and Mercurial represent in the game.
Mbappe Vapor 16
Still not into the Superfly, but like the design of this Mbappe signature release? Nike’s got your back! The Mbappe paintjob goes into the Vapor 16 too as a colourway option. You can support your favourite strike, rock on that signature look and save some amount, all with the clean, low-cut pair of the Mercurial boots.
