adiZero F50 Boots
These lightweight boots are perfect for players with quick feet, you'll see them worn by the likes of David Villa and Nani on the pitch, take a look at our F50 selection for you below.
F50 AdiZero
The Sprintskin is what makes these F50 adizeros so light but it also makes them supportive and stable, whilst the padded ankle collar makes them comfortable. The laces are off centre on the adiZeros to create a larger area for making contact with the ball. The professional quality version of the boots are often, but not always referred to as Primes.
Previous incarnations of the adidas F50 were the TUNIT boots, they were the second generation of boots in the F50 range following on from the original Adidas F50 boot that was released in 2004. The first F50 boot had an innovative design where buyers could customise their own specific boot to the conditions and how they wanted to play. The boot adopted the new “Fusion Frame technology” where customers could change the chassis (sockliner) of the boot to either a lightweight chassis for speed, a professional chassis for optimal performance or a comfort chassis for stability. The boot also provided a quick covered lacing system whilst the upper contained “Engineered Mesh” provided minimal water absorption and maximum ventilation.
In 2005, the F50+ range was released and provided a fairly distinctive patchwork/web design. The improvements to the boot were relatively minor including a more user friendly lacing system and more durable Engineered Mesh. In 2006, Adidas released the F50.6 TUNIT boot to coincide with the World Cup.
