Born on 15 October 1990 in Accra, Kalif Alhassan is a Ghanaian footballer currently plying his trade as a winger with the M.L.S. side Portland Timbers from Oregon.
With the American league in full swing right now, Alhassan played for his team against legendary David Beckham‘s L.A. Galaxy in a very interesting pair of football boots shown below.

In fact, the Ghanaian winger seems to have already landed himself a pair of the upcoming Vapor VIII colourway from Nike’s ‘speed’ boot roster, which is set to reach European shores in the coming weeks (ahead of an August launch) for the brand of the Big Swoosh to kick off the 2012 / 2013 footballing season.
This football boot features a predominantly black upper together with flashy yellow detailing and touches of orange at the heel, and it has already been sported by the JK Nõmme Kalju striker Oliver Konsa in the Estonian league back in June.
