Montebelluna is a small town 40 miles south east of Venice, being very famous for the art of shoemaking, as well as for being the home of Nike’s master craftsmen.
In fact, here, one can find Nike’s elite facility, where the world’s best players and endorsees of the Big Swoosh meet up to get their custom-made boots.

Here, we present to you exclusive images of the staff and technology used at Montebelluna for the Nike brand to engineer its world famous football boots, to be worn by some of the world’s best footballers (ranging from Piqué to Iniesta, Ibrahimović and Rooney).
For the Euro 2012 manifestation in Poland and Ukraine, Nike has developed the so-called Clash Collection, involving each boot from each of its silos being sparked by a specific colour and finished with a white toe upper.

Each chosen colour reflects the expression and playing style of each boot, with Black for the elegant Tiempo, Blue Glow for the bold Maestri, Solar Red for the explosive Vapor and Electric Green for the deadly T90.
Nike Global Design Director for Football Footwear, Andrew Caine, emphasises the clash of traditional white with very youthful colours in the Clash Collection for an excellent statement on the pitch.
