Under Armour has released an all-new football boot, dubbed the 10K Force Pro II, and this despite no real first version having previously been made available on the market.
The Baltimore brand, ahead of their takeover at Tottenham Hotspur, has here amalgamated ‘control’ and ‘speed’ into a hybrid boot that tips the scales at 218 g.
The idea is to have the comfort and support of a running shoe combined with lightweight traction and plenty of technological innovations to help your footballing game.
In fact, the CompFit upper design is imported from American football, featuring unique ankle support and laces that lock the foot down for very snug fit, whilst the new CoreSpeed outsole is designed to allow that much-needed flex.
Another special feature is the unmistakeable dimensional grid / diamond pattern across the instep of the boot, named the MatchControl zone, which runs from instep to toe for an improved feel when passing, dribbling and shooting.
On the underside, also note a moulded 4-D foam footbed that forms to the foot to provide internal traction and a customised level of optimal comfort while reducing stud pressure.
