Nike’s new Total 90 Laser III

Nike have revealed the Challenge Red / White / Dark Shadow colourway T90 Laser III football boots for their Accuracy series as they make their way around the colour palette.

These new boots for summer 2010 are visually striking, as well as packed with performance technology.

First of all, the premium lightweight teijin synthetic leather used is important for the comfort and durability offered by the T90 Laser III football boots.

They feature a lightweight TPU outsole with studs positioned to give optimal traction, as well as a re-designed heel counter seeking to provide an external lock of the heel. Greater comfort and better fit comes from the moulded sockliner with poron inserts incorporated for extra cushioning, and the surface texture of the sockliner and boot collar has been updated for optimal stickiness, protecting your foot from slippage and rubbing.

These football boots also involve Challenge Red shot shield pods, contrasting on the dark swerve fins. The shot shield will help you shoot with pinpoint accuracy each time.  The instep pods are designed to be flat to your foot, creating even pressure distribution when shooting the ball with accuracy, and their longitudinal and flexible design accommodates an enlarged kicking area. Furthermore, strategically angled and raised fins create friction and increased ball spin for shooting and passing.

Note that this colourway is likely to be chosen by the likes of Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney and Patrice Evra.
