Manufacturers Nike has launched a new special edition Tiempo 94 football boot as a way to relive the 1994 World Cup held in the USA.

The 1994 World Cup saw football’s popularity rise dramatically in the USA as record attendences gathered to watch the matches. The USA national team emerged to the knock out stages keeping the US crowds interested for a significant amount of time. The final saw Brazil play Italy where captains Paolo Maldini and Romario boh wore the Nike Tiempo 94.

The new limited edition boot is a throwback to 1994 with a modern, updated outsole for excellent traction. The boot is sure to be a popular sale in the United States as supporters look to get their hands on this memorable piece of footwear. A limited edition badge is sewn on the top of the boot whilst the term “Tiempo Premier” is printed underneath the tongue.

Other details include an insole that contains a moulded sockliner with poron cushioning for comfort. The upper is made of kangaroo leather and the outsole is composed of lightweight TPU with glass fiber shank and forefoot flex grooves.
