Well up at FootballBoots.co.uk headquarters we got the chance to go and watch the Manchester United vs Chelsea game at Old Trafford, being mostly United fans we were obviously disappointed with the result however the atmosphere was pretty impressive.

We all thought that Drogba was well offside even though it was right at the other end of the pitch and it did turn out his was a yard off (still not quite sure how the linesmen missed this) however we did miss that Macheda hand balled it into the net even though we were at the side where it happened.

So now Chelsea are top of the table with 2 points which means that all the next games are pretty vital, so we will be hoping that Liverpool beat Chelsea at the least and that some other teams scrape a few draws.

After the game we managed to catch the last few minutes of the Arsenal game and were pretty gutted after they got the last minute goal which keeps them in the race. Our predictions for who will win the league now remain open and we still as United fans hope Manchester United do but it’s not looking as likely now as it has been before. Odds are firmly in Chelseas hands now and with big matches for United in the Champions league tomorow means that focus will be in two places rather than simply the one.
